Who we are
Emily has extensive experience in audit and finance, operations and technology. She previously served with the Fiji Revenue and Customs Services, the Fiji Ministry of Finance and the Office of the Auditor General. She is passionate about development work, governance and social justice issues. Emily is from Fiji.
Eunice Wotene has served as Executive Director of Oxfam in the Pacific since 2022, bringing over a decade of leadership in international development and non-profit management. She provides strategic direction across governance, programs, and partnerships, ensuring OiP delivers lasting impact for communities across the Pacific. Her career with Oxfam spans senior leadership roles in Papua New Guinea and the wider region, including finance, operations, and program management. Before joining Oxfam, she worked with the PNG Institute of Medical Research, and Save the Children. She is deeply committed to gender justice, equity, and inclusive leadership, and continues to champion resilient communities and positive transformation across the Pacific. Eunice is from Papua New Guinea.
Ilisapeci has over 20 years worth of experience in development work in the Pacific. She has deep expertise in the areas of climate change, environmental resource management, gender, and waste management. Ilisapeci has served in the Fijian Government, the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT), the Secretariat of the Pacific Regional Environment Programme (SPREP), and GHD Pty Ltd among other agencies. Ilisapeci is from Fiji.
