This report looks at the discussions and the assessment results that emerge from the Organisational Capacity Assessment (OCA) experiences with civil society organisations across 9 Pacific Island countries. This is to understand their organisational and financial governance, and how their influencing capacities translate to Pacific national and regional CSO effectiveness in their shaping the national and regional policies.
